Like the Thermapen ONE, this instant-read thermometer is accurate and reliable. It is, however, a bit slower to report temperatures and doesn’t have a handy folding probe. But with its lower price tag, it’s a great option for people who don’t want to spend significant money on an instant-read thermometer. Although it’s petite, the digital display has a backlight and auto-rotates for excellent legibility while in use.
