Sarah Wilson

Sarah Wilson is an instructor for ATK’s Classes, where she’s been teaching students and guiding them through the curriculum since it began in 2011. She began her career at ATK as a test cook for Cook’s Illustrated in 2005. She has also developed recipes for Cook’s Country and various cookbooks and special issue publications.
