Toni Tipton-Martin was the editor in chief of Cook's Country until 2025. She is a multi-award-winning food journalist, a historian, an author, a PBS host, and the recipient of the seventh annual Julia Child Award. She is the founder of the Toni Tipton-Martin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering aspiring female food writers. She eats chocolate chip cookies for breakfast.
