Julia Arwine is an editorial assistant for America's Test Kitchen Kids. She joined the team in 2021 with a background in journalism—she was the managing editor and food editor of Miami University of Ohio's student-run newspaper—and a passion for good food. She believes in helping kids and adults alike form healthy, happy lifelong relationships with food, and she takes every day as an opportunity to further sharpen her culinary knowledge. She also can often be moved to tears by a good cooking-centric movie (yes, that includes Ratatouille).
