Jacqueline Cain is the newsletter editor at America's Test Kitchen. Before 2025, she was a food writer and editor at Boston Magazine, The Food Lens, and Time Out Boston and a regular contributor to America's Test Kitchen, Edible Boston, Boston.com, and other outlets. Jackie has also been a taproom bartender, a restaurant events manager, and a rural newspaper reporter in Vermont. A serious love for bars and seafood led her to pursue food writing.
