Sophie Barowsky is a research analyst on the Research, Analytics, & Data Team at America’s Test Kitchen. She is also an avid home cook and baker who sharpened her culinary skills by working at a French bakery while earning her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and French from Wellesley College. In her spare time, you can find her tending to her sourdough starter, vying for the attention of her uninterested cat, and adding to her extensive mug collection.
