Morgan Bolling is an executive food editor at America's Test Kitchen and a cast member of the Cook's Country TV show. She has been a producer on the show since 2017 and has been working at ATK since 2014, where she has developed more than 100 recipes (her favorites of which usually include some cut of pork). Morgan is the star of Grill Next Door, a streaming-exclusive show striving to make “fear of the grill” a thing of the past. In 2026, she will compete on Season 7 of the Food Network's BBQ Brawl hosted by Bobby Flay. Before joining the test kitchen, she worked at restaurants in New York and North Carolina and earned degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the International Culinary Center. When she’s not developing a new barbecue recipe, there’s a chance that she’s hosting a homemade sausage dinner, running a 5K, or planning her next pig roast.
