Small batch baking is perfect for those times when leftovers aren’t ideal but dessert is a must. Our solution: creating recipes for our favorite baked goods in perfectly proportioned small batches. These scaled down recipes come together quickly and usually bake up faster than a full batch. In this class you’ll whip up cookies in your toaster oven, make skillet crisp for two, repurpose your loaf pan for a mini batch of blondies, and learn about our favorite equipment, substitutions, and handy storage hacks along the way.

Samantha Block is ATK's digital test cook as well as an on-screen test cook for America’s Test Kitchen. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s culinary program, she spent years cooking professionally, including a worldwide adventure on cruise ships. After developing recipes for some of ATK’s most successful cookbooks, she now finds herself teaching ATK Classes and producing video content showcasing ATK’s integrity (in her own quirky way).
