About this Class

In this class you’ll discover our favorite methods for making drinks for a crowd. You’ll learn to pre-dilute stirred cocktails and store them in the fridge, ready to pour for up to a month. We’ll use the blender and a clever ingredient hack to make a batch of America's favorite frozen drink in mere minutes. We’ll demonstrate the art of mulling, for those cold winter months when only a hot drink will do, and we’ll make the ultimate party libation: a festive holiday punch brimming with sparkling wine. Along the way we’ll show you how to add a flavorful rim of salt or sugar to your glasses, share our favorite entertaining tips, and introduce you to shrubs.
