Before You Begin

Instructions
- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 500 degrees. Brush rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil.
- Roll dough into 16 by 10-inch rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, on lightly floured counter. Transfer dough to prepared sheet and brush with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Brush dough with barbecue sauce, leaving 1/2-inch border around edge, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, pineapple, bacon, and onion.
- Bake until cheese is spotty brown and crust is golden, about 10 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through baking. Let pizza cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle pizza with pepper rings and scallions, drizzle with Sriracha, and serve.
