Instructions
- Place 4 ears yellow corn, husks and silk removed, on large plate; cover tightly with microwavable plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. Leaving plate covered with plastic wrap, let stand 3 to 4 minutes longer. Serve with unsalted butter, salt, and pepper to taste.

Why This Recipe Works
When developing our microwaved corn recipe, we found that corn cooked in its grassy husks consistently picked up the husks’ pleasant, fermented, earthy smell.
