Why This Recipe Works

Frozen peas are not only easy to prepare but have a consistent taste, providing our year-round buttery peas recipe with “fresh” pea flavor. For our pea recipe, we found that adding 2 teaspoons sugar highlighted their sweet, refreshing flavor.
