Why This Recipe Works
Herb butter is one of the easiest ways to add to flavor to a finished dish like soups, pasta, fish, and just about any cut of meat. We started with a few tablespoons of unsalted butter that we softened in order to make it easier to mix with the other ingredients. Shallot and garlic gave a big flavor boost, and parsley and chives added freshness.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
