Quick Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

½ cup canned diced tomatoes, drained1 tablespoon minced shallot 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro Pinch cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pulse diced tomatoes, shallot, cilantro, and cayenne pepper in food processor until roughly chopped, about 8 pulses. Transfer to fine-mesh strainer and let drain for 1 minute. Transfer to serving bowl and stir in lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
