Coffee Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream, chilled6 tablespoons (2 ⅔ ounces/75 grams) sugar 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Before You Begin
We found that chilled heavy cream can be whipped to peaks more quickly and easily than room-temperature heavy cream.
Instructions
- Using stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment, whip all ingredients on medium-low speed until foamy, about 1 minute. Increase speed to medium-high and whip until stiff peaks form, 1 to 3 minutes.
