Ingredients

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 pound pizza dough ⅓ cup barbecue sauce 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (2 cups)1 cup ½-inch pineapple pieces6 slices cooked bacon, halved½ cup thinly sliced red onion ¼ cup jarred banana pepper rings2 scallions, sliced thin on biassriracha sauce

Before You Begin

The test kitchen’s winning barbecue sauce is Bulls-Eye Original BBQ Sauce.

Instructions

  1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 500 degrees. Brush rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Roll dough into 16 by 10-inch rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, on lightly floured counter. Transfer dough to prepared sheet and brush with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Brush dough with barbecue sauce, leaving 1/2-inch border around edge, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, pineapple, bacon, and onion.
  3. Bake until cheese is spotty brown and crust is golden, about 10 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through baking. Let pizza cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle pizza with pepper rings and scallions, drizzle with Sriracha, and serve.
