Why This Recipe Works
For a glazy, sweet, and spicy barbecue dipping sauce, we combined tangy ketchup with toasty-sweet molasses and bright apple cider vinegar. To that classic barbecue base, we added minced canned chipotle chile in adobo to ratchet up the heat level.
