Why This Recipe Works

For a yogurt sauce with just the right amount of tang, we chose plain whole-milk yogurt and mixed in 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. For assertiveness, we added a small clove of minced garlic and a pinch of cayenne. Chopped fresh cilantro added color and herby freshness to the sauce.
