½ cup tahini ½ cup water ¼ cup lemon juice 2 garlic clove, mincedSalt

  1. Whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, and garlic in bowl until smooth. Season with salt to taste. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 4 days. Bring to room temperature and stir to combine before serving.)
