Citrus Sauce

Ingredients
3 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons mirin ½ teaspoon organic sugar 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger ½ teaspoon grated orange zest plus 1 tablespoon juice½ teaspoon grated lime zest plus 1 tablespoon juice
Instructions
- Bring vinegar, mirin, and sugar to boil in small saucepan, then remove from heat. Whisk in soy sauce, ginger, orange zest and juice, and lime zest and juice. Transfer sauce to bowl.
