10 ounces Cabrales cheese, room temperature10 ounces Manchego cheese, room temperature8 ounces quince paste, room temperature8 ounces Marcona almonds 8 ounces thinly sliced Serrano ham 1 large baguette, sliced on bias ½ inch thick

We chose to highlight Spanish cheeses and ham here, but feel free to substitute other types of cheese and cured meat as desired. Also, consider adding fresh or dried fruit, such as figs, grapes, sliced oranges, apricots, or pitted dates.

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients attractively on large serving platter or cutting board and serve.

Why This Recipe Works

A nice cheese board like this is an incredibly easy way to round out a tapas “dinner” without having to do much work. We featured an interesting selection of Spanish cheeses, ham, almonds, and fruit accompanied with a sliced baguette.
