Why This Recipe Works

We tossed the sweet peaches with vinegar, shallot, and fresh thyme to make a quick chutney-like component that complemented the earthy, buttery Brie. After baking the Brie and peach mixture, we added pecans to this dippable creation for a nutty crunch. Dive into this rich, flavorful appetizer with crackers or just spoon it right on top of a sliced baguette for a perfect sweet and creamy bite.
