Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro ½ cup chopped fresh mint 4 scallions, sliced thin½ cup extra virgin olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced to a paste2 tablespoons lemon juice ¼ teaspoon table salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in serving bowl and set aside until ready to serve. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours; bring to room temperature before serving.)
