Chili Crisp Dumpling Sauce

Chili Crisp Dumpling Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar ½ cup light soy sauce ⅓ cup water 2 tablespoons Chinese chili crisp 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 6 garlic cloves, minced

Before You Begin

Serve as a dipping sauce for your favorite dumplings, as a topping for noodles or rice, or simply as a condiment to spice up all manner of dishes.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
