Chili Crisp Dumpling Sauce

½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar ½ cup light soy sauce ⅓ cup water 2 tablespoons Chinese chili crisp 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 6 garlic cloves, minced
