Horseradish Cream Sauce for Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (or more to taste)2 tablespoons minced fresh chives Pinch table salt

- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. (Sauce can be refrigerated in airtight container overnight.)
