1 cup mustard ¼ cup minced fresh dill

Use Dijon, honey, or grainy mustard, as desired. Depending on your choice of mustard, this sauce can be fairly hot.

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. (Sauce can be refrigerated in airtight container overnight.)
