Why This Recipe Works

For a lively salsa that could be served as an accompaniment to fish or chicken, we balanced sweet orange and creamy avocado. Lime juice, cilantro, and chiles gave the salsa recipe a balanced flavor profile.

Before You Begin

To keep the avocado from discoloring, prepare this salsa just before you cook the main dish.

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, including salt to taste in a small nonreactive bowl.
