Avocado-Orange Salsa

Serves 4 (Makes about 1 cup)
Ingredients
1 large orange, cut into segments1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced medium2 tablespoons minced red onion 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro 4 teaspoons lime juice, from 1 to 2 limes1 small jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced

To keep the avocado from discoloring, prepare this salsa just before you cook the main dish.
