Ingredients
6 tablespoons vegetable oil ¼ cup orange juice 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 medium garlic clove, minced2 teaspoons sugar ½ teaspoon table salt 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves

When using this sauce, serve fish with lime rather than lemon wedges.
