Sausage Pizza Stuffing for Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil 8 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed½ cup jarred pizza sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Cook sausage, breaking into small pieces, until well browned, 5 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer sausage to bowl and stir in pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stuff and grill chops as directed.

Why This Recipe Works
We developed this Sausage Pizza Stuffing for Pork Chops recipe for use with our Grilled Stuffed Pork Chops recipe. To prevent the pizza stuffing from spilling out of the chops, we mixed browned sausage, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan together.
