Why This Recipe Works
For a tomato salsa recipe that would complement rich fish such as sea bass, we combined tomatoes, onion, lime juice, chile, cilantro, and salt to taste in a medium bowl; we then covered the salsa and set it aside at room temperature for one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, chile, cilantro, and salt to taste in medium bowl. Cover and set aside for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve salsa at room temperature with grilled fish. (Can be covered and set aside up to 3 hours.)
