Oklahoma Barbecue Relish

Ingredients

½ medium head green cabbage, cored and chopped fine1 ½ cups sweet pickle relish ½ cup cider vinegar 3 tablespoons yellow mustard ¾ teaspoon celery salt ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Before You Begin

Serve on hamburger buns with Oklahoma Barbecued Chopped Pork.

Instructions

  1. MIX RELISH Combine cabbage, pickle relish, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, and white pepper in large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes. Serve. (Relish can be refrigerated in airtight container for 5 days.)
