Grilled Turkey-Mango Chutney Burgers

Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise 3 garlic cloves, minced¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Salt and pepper 1 ½ pounds ground turkey 1 cup panko bread crumbs ½ cup mango chutney 4 hamburger rolls 4 leaves Bibb lettuce
Before You Begin
The test kitchen prefers Silver Palate Mango Chutney.
Instructions
- Whisk mayonnaise, 1 garlic clove, and cayenne together in bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
- Combine turkey, panko, chutney, and remaining 2 garlic cloves in large bowl. Pat turkey mixture into four ¾-inch-thick patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-hot fire until burgers register 160 degrees, 7 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Transfer burgers to rolls and top with mayonnaise mixture and lettuce. Serve.

Why This Recipe Works
Turkey burgers can be dry. To moisten them, we added mango chutney to the meat. Not only does the chutney take these burgers from dry to juicy, but it boosts the flavor of the turkey, too.
