Garlic and Burrata Crostini

8 (½-inch thick) baguette slices, cut on bias1 garlic clove, peeled8 ounces Burrata cheese, cut into 8 piecesExtra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 degrees. Arrange baguette slices on rimmed baking sheet. Bake until dry and crisp, about 10 minutes, flipping slices halfway through baking time. While still hot, rub one side of each slice with raw garlic clove, then top with one piece Burrata. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
