Why This Recipe Works

Baking the baguette slices before topping them with burrata ensured they didn't get soggy and could sustain the cheese. The crunch of the bread and smoothness of the cheese makes this the perfect accompaniment for any tomato soup recipe.

Bake until dry and crisp, about 10 minutes, flipping slices halfway through baking time. While still hot, rub one side of each slice with raw garlic clove, then top with one piece Burrata.
