Why This Recipe Works
For a quick, easy, and flavorful sauce, we use bottled cherry peppers to dress up mayonnaise. Seeding the peppers keeps the heat in check, and adding a splash of the pepper brine lends brightness and acidity. This sauce is great on our fried chicken sandwich, but it’s got plenty of other uses, too.
