Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 garlic cloves, minced to paste¼ teaspoon table salt 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Before You Begin
A rasp-style grater makes quick work of turning the garlic into a paste. If desired, the garlic can be strained from the sauce before serving.
Instructions
- Melt butter in 8-inch skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt and season with pepper to taste; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and let stand 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and serve.
