¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sour cream 1—2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard 1 garlic clove, mincedPinch sugar Hot sauce

Before You Begin

Buy refrigerated prepared horseradish, not the shelf-stable kind, which contains preservatives and additives. Horseradish strength varies, so add it according to your taste.

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, garlic, and sugar together in bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.
