Why This Recipe Works

Sazón is the go-to spice blend in many Latin American home kitchens. While it is available in the Latin American aisle at most supermarkets, it is easy to assemble at home. In our blend, we use paprika to mimic the color of the ground annatto seeds typically used in sazón. Garlic powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, and salt round out the flavors.
