Why This Recipe Works
While you can buy Italian seasoning at the grocery store, it’s easy to make at home with dried herbs you may already have on hand. Oregano and thyme provided a Mediterranean backbone to the blend. Basil, rosemary, and sage rounded it out to make an all-in-one flavor booster.
