We found that chilled heavy cream can be whipped to peaks more quickly and easily than room-temperature heavy cream.
Instructions
- Using stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment, whip cream, malted milk powder, and sugar on medium-low speed until foamy, about 1 minute. Increase speed to medium-high and whip until stiff peaks form, 1 to 3 minutes. Serve.
