Roasted Garlic–Soy Sauce Dressing

Ingredients
1 head roasted garlic, squeezed to extrude garlic¼ cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons lime juice (2 limes)3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon sriracha
Before You Begin
We like to use our Roasted Garlic for this recipe. This salad dressing can also be tossed with roasted vegetables or served as a sauce for meat and fish.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve. (Dressing can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
