Roasted Garlic–Soy Sauce Dressing

Ingredients

1 head roasted garlic, squeezed to extrude garlic¼ cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons lime juice (2 limes)3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon sriracha

Before You Begin

We like to use our Roasted Garlic for this recipe. This salad dressing can also be tossed with roasted vegetables or served as a sauce for meat and fish.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve. (Dressing can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)

To make this simple dressing, we combined our own Roasted Garlic with soy sauce, fresh lime juice, olive oil, honey, and sriracha and blended it into a smooth and savory dressing.
