Why This Recipe Works

This fiery-red sauce is sure to stun with its tangy, punchy flavors. Crushed smoky Calabrian chiles, which hail from Italy, added mild spice, while minced chives and lemon juice contributed brightness and intrigue. We love this sauce with our Chickpea Fries, but it would also be delicious slathered on sandwiches or served with a variety of proteins, such as chicken, lamb, or steak.
