Why This Recipe Works
In our home, there is usually a container of prepped vegetables in the fridge, which might include sliced bell pepper, cucumber, celery, raw sweet onion, putgochu (young green chile), and cooked broccoli and cabbage. Somewhere nearby is another container of this seasoned gochujang, ready for dipping the vegetables—or for spooning on top of rice bowls, noodle dishes, or stews.

- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve. (Refrigerate for up to 4 days.)
