Ingredients
Simple Syrup
¾ cup sugar 5 ounces warm tap waterFridge Door Daiquiris

You can store the cocktail in a 1-quart Mason jar instead of a bottle if you’d like.
Instructions
- Whisk ¾ cup sugar and 5 ounces warm tap water in bowl until sugar has dissolved. Let cool completely, about 10 minutes, before transferring to airtight container.
- Combine 12 ounces white rum, 9 ounces water, 4½ ounces lime juice, and 4½ ounces Simple Syrup in 1-liter glass bottle. Cover and freeze until well chilled, about 2 hours. Prepare cocktails immediately or transfer to refrigerator and store for up to 1 week; return to freezer and chill for 30 minutes before preparing cocktails.
- Shake vigorously to recombine and aerate, then serve cocktails in chilled cocktail glasses, garnishing individual portions with lime slices.
