Stephanie is a test cook on ATK’s books team. Originally from San Francisco, her interest in food and cooking dates back to when she was developing “recipes” at 10 years old and continued through high school, when she conducted a senior thesis on bread baking. Her cooking career includes stints as a cook in the kitchen of a fly fishing lodge in Montana and as a recipe developer and pastry chef in a variety of restaurants in the Boston area. In her spare time, she bakes cakes for her friends’ weddings and baby showers, and spends as much time as possible outdoors with her husband and dog.
