Chimichurri Wing Sauce

Makes ¾ cup (enough to sauce 3½ pounds of wings)
Ingredients
1⅓ cups fresh parsley leaves ⅔ cup fresh cilantro leaves ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 6 garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon capers 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

This sauce also goes great on steaks, grilled pork or chicken, fish, and roasted vegetables.
Instructions
- Process 1⅓ cups parsley leaves, ⅔ cup cilantro leaves, ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 6 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon capers, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes in blender until finely pureed, about 30 seconds, scraping down sides of blender jar as needed. Toss wings with sauce in large bowl. Serve.
