Why This Recipe Works
To produce our blended Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream and Snickers Bar Sauce at home, we stirred chopped peanut butter cups into softened ice cream and chilled until firm. We found we could turn Snickers bars into a simple sauce by melting them with heavy cream until blended—the peanuts added a pleasing texture.
