Lighter Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise ¼ cup low-fat sour cream 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper Water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, adding the water as needed to thin the sauce out. Cover and refrigerate until the flavors blend, about 30 minutes. (The sauce can be refrigerated for several days.)
