Why This Recipe Works

For a quick vinaigrette recipe to serve with our grilled sea scallops recipe, we used honey for sweetness and the sour tang of lime zest to mellow the sriracha sauce’s heat.

Instructions

  1. Whisk lime zest, lime juice, sriracha sauce, honey, and fish sauce until combined. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until emulsified.
