Why This Recipe Works
For a quick vinaigrette recipe to serve with our grilled sea scallops recipe, we used honey for sweetness and the sour tang of lime zest to mellow the sriracha sauce’s heat.
Instructions
- Whisk lime zest, lime juice, sriracha sauce, honey, and fish sauce until combined. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until emulsified.
