Ingredients

12 ounces thick-cut bacon ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 romaine lettuce hearts (12 ounces), leaves trimmed to 8 inches long1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved4 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Before You Begin

Instructions

  1. Place half of bacon on paper towel–lined plate. Top with paper towels and repeat with remaining bacon. Microwave until crispy, 7 to 9 minutes.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise and mustard together in large bowl until combined. Add lettuce and tomatoes and toss to coat evenly with dressing. Lay ­tortillas on counter and divide lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon among ­tortillas. Roll tightly and serve.
