Cilantro-Mint Chutney

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cilantro leaves 1 cup fresh mint leaves ½ cup water ¼ cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted1 (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced into ⅛-inch-thick rounds1 jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and sliced into 1-inch pieces2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 ½ teaspoons sugar ½ teaspoon salt
Before You Begin
Adjust the sauce's heat level by reserving and adding the jalapeño seeds, if desired.
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in blender until smooth, about 30 seconds, scraping down sides of jar with spatula after 10 seconds.
